Admission/Rules

The basic requirement for applying for admission is as follows

(i) B.A - minimum aggregate of 40% marks at Intermediate level.

(ii) B.Sc - minimum aggregate of 50% marks at Intermediate level

(iii) B.Com - minimum aggregate of 50% at Intermediate level.

The candidate should fill the application form in legible handwriting in accordance with the rules and regulations laid down in the College prospectus. The photograph on the application form and all enclosed documents should be self attested.

Application forms duly complete in all respects must be submitted within the last date.

No admission form will be accepted after the last date.

Incomplete application forms will not be considered.

After scrutinizing the forms a merit list will be displayed on the college notice board.

A candidate whose name appears, on the merit list, must report for admission on the specified date and time.

The candidate is required to bring the following

(i) All mark sheets, certificates and documents in original for verification.

(ii) Transfer Certificate in original for verification.

(iii) Character Certificate in original (to be submitted).

(iv) Migration certificate in original wherever applicable (to be submitted).

(v) Self attested photocopy of X and XII mark sheets and pass certificates.

(vi) Original relevant document for verification (if relaxation is sought).

Options once exercised shall be binding and final.

Once the admission has been granted

(i) Fees must be deposited at the NSN Branch of the Indian Overseas Bank, Chakbast Road, Lucknow.

(ii) Two recent passport sized photographs should be submitted for Library Registration and Identity Card.

Fees once paid are neither refundable nor transferable.

If a candidate selected for admission does not complete all the above requirements within the given time period, her admission shall automatically stand cancelled and the seat will be offered to the next candidate in the merit list.

Candidates who have passed the qualifying examination more than three years prior to the current session will not be considered for admission.

Important Information

The college reserves the right to refuse admission to any candidate despite her fulfilling all eligibility criteria in case it is perceived that it is not in the best interest of the college.

The decision of the College shall be final and legally binding on the candidate. It is the responsibility of the candidate to furnish full and correct information on the application form.

Admission done on the basis of wrong or concealed information provided by the candidate or due to any oversight and detected subsequently would be cancelled.

Any student expelled from the College because of acts of indiscipline shall not be allowed to appear in the examinations.
