The library at Maharaja Bijli Pasi Government P.G. College is well-established, semi-automated, and air-conditioned. It has an extensive book collection and ample space. The library is nestled in the lush green lawns of the campus. It has Wi-Fi connectivity, RFID technology, and CCTV camera surveillance.
Recently, the college library adopted RFID (Radio Frequency Identification) technology for the purposes of library housekeeping, an effective security system, accurate tracking of books within the library, quicker book circulation, inventorying, and material handling. RFID technology comprises the staff workstation, security gate, RFID reader, RFID tags, RFID-equipped member I.D. card, etc., and users are also alerted by email and SMS.
More than 6500 books, newspapers, and magazines can be found at the campus library. To fulfill the academic needs of students and staff members, the library includes a fantastic selection of text, general, and reference books. The library covers a wide range of scientific fields, including physics, chemistry, botany, and others. The disciplines of the arts and commerce are also covered.

The female students of Maharaja Bijli Pasi Government P.G. (i) Botany Lab
The department of botany has a lab where students attend practical classes. Centrifuges, colorimeters/spectrophotometers, laminar air flow, microtome, incubator, autoclave, microbial chamber, digital thermometers, lux meters, compound, dissecting, binocular microscopes, pH meters, photometers, water baths, and other equipment are a few of the crucial tools. Additionally, there are a lot of plant specimens and fixed materials preserved in the laboratory.It caters to the students of B.Sc. (Botany) and M.Sc. (Botany).
(ii) Chemistry Lab
In order to meet demand and foster students' interest in science, the Department of Chemistry at Maharaja Bijli Pasi Government P.G. College has a well-equipped laboratory for doing practical classes, which is run by qualified and experienced staff. The lab is built to withstand fires and contains first aid supplies and fire extinguisher facilities to address any accident. The laboratory has been modernized and adequately furnished with equipment and glassware to make studying more interesting and enjoyable. These facilities include the Balance Room, Cupboard, Preparation Room, Instrument Room, and others. Additionally, the laboratory has all of the necessary tools and infrastructure to conduct practicals in keeping with the requirements specified in the course syllabuses. The Chemistry lab caters to the needs of students studying B.Sc.(Chemistry).
(ii) Zoology Lab
It enables students to explore the physical, morphological, and physiological traits of animals in an environment that is appropriate for developing a thorough grasp of the animal kingdom. The lab equipments offer undergraduate students an excellent setting to learn about the histology of diverse cells, tissues, and organs.It caters to students of B.Sc. (Zoology).
(iv) Computer Lab

It is fully air-conditioned and is equipped with the latest technology as per the need of the present era. It has state-of-the-art machines from H.P. and LCD Projectors, an interactive board, and all the necessary peripherals. The lab hashigh-quality monitors, keyboards, etc.
(v) Physics Lab
The College understands the need for a state-of-the-art laboratory for physics with updated and calibrated equipment for inquisitive students who are willing to create new collective knowledge and foster the next generation of scientific leaders. The physics lab is well equipped with apparatus to help students participate in various experiments related to the subject. It has measuring equipments such as vernier calipers, polarimeter, ballistic galvanometer, voltmeter, stop clock, various electronic experiment compact boxes, oscilloscope (CRO), spectrometers, battery eliminator, Searls' Apparatus, Newton's Ring Apparatus, VTVM, Digital A.C. ammeter, resistances, capacitors, magnets, optical instruments such as telescopes,microscopes, prisms, along with other electrical equipments to facilitate the electronics students as well.The Physics labcaters to students of B.Sc. (Physics).
