Cancellation & Refund Policy

This Cancellation & Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which students may request cancellation of admission and refund of fees. By applying for admission through the college admission software, the applicant agrees to the terms stated below.
1. Registration / Application Fee
- The registration/application fee is strictly non-refundable under all circumstances.
2. Admission Fee Refund Eligibility
- The admission fee is refundable only if the student cancels the admission before final admission approval by the college authorities.
- Once admission is finally approved/confirmed, no refund request will be entertained.
- Refund is provided only after verification of all relevant details and documents submitted by the student.
3. Cancellation Conditions
- Cancellation can be requested anytime before final admission approval or before document verification is completed.
- There is no fixed number of days for cancellation; however, after approval stage, refund will not be applicable.
4. Required Documents for Cancellation
- Payment receipt
- Valid ID proof
- Application/Registration number
- Any other document if requested by administration
5. Refund Process & Timeline
- Refund, if approved, will be processed within 7–14 working days.
- Payment Gateway/Processing charges will be deducted as per college norms.
- Refund amount will be issued only through cheque by the college.
6. Admission Rejection Cases
- If admission is rejected by the college due to eligibility issues or incorrect information filled by student, refund will be processed only as per college rules.
- Registration/Application fee will not be refunded.

8. Policy Amendments
